Resolved: To form a brigade from emigrants from the South Ossetian District for the upcoming revolutionary struggle against the Mensheviks of Georgia and other counter-revolutionaries.
Ask to appoint Commander Brigade Comrade Mamsurov, his assisstant— comrade Mate Sanakoev, Assign Comrade Sergei Gagloev as Assistant Chief of Staff for the operational part, Comrade Tasoltan Bekurazov as Second Assistant Chief of Staff for the administrative part, Comrade Aron Pliev, Head of the Supply Department, M. Kargiev, head of the horse division, invite the artillery unit from the side, commander of the 1st regiment — comrade Tkhapsaev.
