According to him, Russia is the guarantor of the security of the republics of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
“It is Russia that is the state that creates. It comes and helps, builds social facilities,” he said.
Anatoly Bibilov is participating in the celebration of the anniversary of the liberation of Donbass from Nazi occupation. As part of the festive program, the head of state will take part in the all-Russian congress of veterans "Defenders of Russia" at Saur-Mogila, and will also take part in a panel discussion at the rally of supporters of the United Russia party.
