South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev will take part in the Caucasus Investment Forum (CIF), which will be held in Mineralnye Vody on May 26 and 27, the press service of the head of state reports.
The central event of the Forum will be the plenary session "Image of the North Caucasus Federal District in 2036", in which the head of the South Ossetian state will participate.
"In addition, on May 26, a meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on socio-economic cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation will also be held in Mineralnye Vody," the press service has noted.
The IPC meeting is scheduled to discuss issues of financial assistance from the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia, the implementation of agreements within the framework of the Treaty of Alliance and Integration, as well as the State Program for Socio-economic Development for 2022-2025.
The delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia will also include: Chairman of the Government Konstantin Dzhussoev, First Deputy Chairman of the Government Alan Dzhioev, Deputy Chairman of the Government - Minister of Finance Dzambolat Tadtaev, the heads of the Ministries of Economy, Construction, Labor and Social Protection, heads of the Customs Committee and the Committee for Industry, Transport and Energy, as well as Trade Representative of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation Taimuraz Goginov.
