Minister of Justice of South Ossetia Oleg Gagloev and head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky signed a roadmap to provide comprehensive methodological and practical assistance to Yugosreestr, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
The signing ceremony of the roadmap for providing comprehensive methodological and practical assistance to the State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Service of Ministry of Justice of the Republic took place in Moscow in the hall of the collegium of Rosreestr.
Minister of Justice Oleg Gagloev and the head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Oleg Skufinsky put their signatures on the document.
The document defines the main vectors of interaction and tasks of the partnership between Yugosreestr and Rosreestr for the next few years, in particular, it provides for assistance to the State Registration Service for Cadastre and Cartography of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia in improving legislation in the field of geodesy, cartography and real estate cadastre; organization of training and internships for specialists; monitoring of the functioning of geodetic equipment Yugosreestr; monitoring the work of the Yugosreestr and providing methodological assistance on issues of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it and state cadastral registration of real estate; development of recommendations for creating a database of names of geographical objects, including the collection, analysis, systematization of initial information about the names of geographical objects, etc.
The ceremony participants exchanged views on options for ensuring the effective and timely implementation of the activities provided for by the roadmap.
Oleg Skufinsky has noted that Rosreestr has accumulated rich practical experience in areas of interest to the South Ossetian party, which needs to be adapted and applied in South Ossetia.
The need to implement the points of the roadmap through regular working contacts was also outlined by Oleg Gagloev. He has stressed that the practical implementation of the provisions of the document is one of the main tasks for the Ministry of Justice for the next year, 2023.
