President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev has expressed his gratitude to the Russian and Ossetian fighters who participated in the liberation of Avdeevka. This was reported by the press service of the head of the Republic.
“Our Ossetian fighters were involved in the liberation of Avdeevka, together with their Russian brothers. I would like to express my gratitude to all military personnel and fighters for the courage, perseverance and true heroism that they show in the special operation zone every day. Ossetia is proud of you. Victory will be ours! Irættæ, razmæ!” Alan Gagloev said.
Earlier, on February 17, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin about the taking full control of the city of Avdeevka in the Donetsk People's Republic.
