The head of the South Ossetian state also congratulated the other heads of Russian ministries on their appointment.
The President also addressed congratulations on the appointment to the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov and Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation - Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation Viktor Zolotov.
