Vadim Brovtsev is remembered in South Ossetia as a good leader and organizer, a reliable colleague and friend who knew how to unite people for the sake of a common goal. This is stated in the telegram of condolences from Chairman of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia Konstantin Dzhussoev to the family and friends of Vadim Brovtsev in connection with his death.
"On behalf of the government and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Vadim Vladimirovich. The memory of him as a professional and a person will live in the hearts of all who knew him," the telegram of condolences says.
The farewell to Vadim Brovtsev will take place on Tuesday, November 19 in the city of Ozersk, Chelyabinsk Region.
Vadim Brovtsev became the Chairman of the Government of South Ossetia in 2009. He was holding this post until 2012. From December 11, 2011 to April 19, 2012, he was serving Acting President of South Ossetia.
