A meeting between Soslan Bekoev, Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Daniil Algulyan, Deputy Chairman of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF, took place in Moscow.
The meeting was attended by Yuri Averyanov, Advisor to Chairman of VEB.RF, Oleg Demidov, Managing Director, and Taimuraz Goginov, Trade Representative of South Ossetia in Russia.
Productive cooperation between the Bank of Alania and representatives of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF began at the 1st International Economic Forum "Investment Horizons," which served as a starting point for subsequent meetings and discussions on the key issues of South Ossetia's investment partnership with Russian business representatives.
The central topics of the talks were prospects for further strengthening investment cooperation, the formation of a list of priority investment projects, and the development of the region's economy.
The format and procedures for preparing the necessary documentation for project submissions by South Ossetia were determined.
The agreement was reached to hold joint consultations with representatives of the Renova Group.
Particular attention was paid to integrating South Ossetia's banking system into the investment projects.
The meeting participants emphasized the importance of the dialogue and effective collaboration among all stakeholders and expressed confidence in the successful continuation of their joint work.
