The South Ossetian frontier guards are supposed to take part in special boundary operations on the CIS territory. It has been reported today by the Deputy Head of the Frontier service of FSB in Russia, Colonel General Nikolay Kozik at the briefing in South Ossetia. As he has said, in 2011 it is planned carrying out two special boundary operations on the territory of the CIS. «First of all, it is a struggle against illegal migration on the borders of the Russian Federation, - Kozik has said. - With the concurrence of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia - Eduard Kokoity we are also planning to involve the South Ossetian frontier guards in implementing this operation».

Today a briefing on the occasion of commissioning a new military camp of the FSB of Russia Frontier Management in the RSO has taken place in the settlement Grom in Tshkinvalskiy region of the RSO. The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity, the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the RSO Elbrus Kargiev, the chief of the FSB of Russia Frontier Management in the RSO Alexander Murzin, the head of the Department of Boundary Protection of the FSB Frontier service in Russia Nicolay Kozik, the Deputy Minister for regional development of Russia Sergey Vereshchagin have had a speech at the briefing.

The processes related to reconstruction works in South Ossetia, are absolutely opened and transparent. It has been declared today by the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity at the briefing in South Ossetia. «The Russian structures can completely supervise allocation of funds and their target use on the territory of South Ossetia, - has declared Kokoity. - We, for our part, are absolutely opened in this respect and ready for further cooperation». According to Kokoity, the leadership of South Ossetia has been doing everything for its inhabitants to live in normal, good conditions.

This year the II International Youth Forum will take place In South Ossetia. It has been reported by the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity at the meeting with the Republican youth. According to Kokoity, in South Ossetia about hundred visitors, including the representatives of different political parties and movements of the Russian Federation will take part in the forum. As the head of the state has noted, a forum for youth – is not simply a tribune, but a medium of experience exchange, establishing the necessary contacts. «You are perfectly aware of our state strategy, the strategic line of our state development. We are focused on establishing strong, allied, good-neighbourly interstate relations with Russia», - the President has said. He has underlined that if the youth is more advanced in this cause, if it expands contacts with their Russian contemporaries, thereby the interstate relations between two countries will become stronger.

Russia has not simply fulfilled, but has exceeded the obligations within the frames of the Medvedev-Sarkozy plan. It has been declared the news agency "Res" by the Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on post conflict settlement Boris Chochiev, making comments on the statement of the speaker of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze that Russia is forced to fulfill the taken obligations. «The Russian peacemakers will have to leave their stationing places only after a legally obliging document of non-use of force by Georgia against South Ossetia and Abkhazia is adopted», - Chochiev has said, having added that Russia exceeded the obligations within the frames of the Medvedev-Sarkozy plan, having withdrawn its troops from the positions occupied by them before the August war. Chochiev has noticed that today, considering this fact, South Ossetia has to ask the international community to force Georgia to sign the legally obliging document on non-use of force. As regards the statement of Bakradze about «strengthening of the international monitoring in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, and also about the withdrawal of the Russian military bases from these republics», Chochiev has declared that, under the Medvedev-Sarkozy agreement, the full withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping troops from the zones adjoining to South Ossetia and Abkhazia will be carried out within ten days after expansion of the international mechanisms in this area. «We mean the area adjoining to South Ossetia, but not the territory itself, - the Plenipotentiary has specified. - so I advise Bakradze to read these documents better and more attentively».

Today at the Parliament session in Tskhinval the agreements between the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Nicaragua have been ratified. The session was conducted by the Speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Stanislav Kochiev. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the RSO Murat Dzhioev has also been invited to the session. The South-Ossetian parliamentarians have ratified the bilateral agreements on cooperation with the Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Nicaragua signed in July, 2010. The deputies have also ratified the Agreement between the government of the RSO and the government of Nicaragua about mutual visa-free trips of citizens of the Republic of the RSO and Nicaragua, signed in Managua, the Republic of Nicaragua on July, 20 2010. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the RSO Murat Dzhioev has informed the parliamentarians on the work done by the Ministry in 2010.

The bill of Georgia about issuing the identity cards in South Ossetia and Abkhazia - is absolutely unacceptable for the Republic. It has been declared the news agency "Res" by the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Yury Dzitstsoity in regards to the intention of the Georgian Parliament to consider this question within the next few days. «Georgia, as well as some other countries which support it, pretends that there are no any recognized states, as South Ossetia and Abkhazia. They are ignoring them in each possible way and are searching the so-called" alternative «settlement ways», - has declared Dzitstsoity.

In honour of the Day of Russia a gala concert with participation of the Russian folk group «The Red May rose» from St.-Petersburg, a performer from North Ossetia Valery Bugulov and the South-Ossetian dancing choreographic groups has taken place in Tskhinval. The concert has passed in the evening of June, 12. During the whole evening the Russian group «The Red May rose» which has visited South Ossetia for the first time was charging the people which have gathered on a central square of Tskhinval with the positive energy. Having started the performance with the hymn of Russia, the soloists of the group have sung a number of national-variety songs.

Last evening by the Edict of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity the artists of the group "MIRROS" from Afghanistan have been rewarded with the state awards for service in consolidating friendship and cooperation between our people, valuable contribution to conservation and popularization of the world cultural heritage, The artistic manager of the group "MIRROS" - Kayumi-Karmal Farid has been assigned the honorable rank of "The Well-earned artist of the RSO" for "services in consolidating the cultural relationship between our people, valuable contribution to development of the world music art, high professionalism and active creative activity".

The meeting of the Commission on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between the Parliament of South Ossetia and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the RF will take place in Tskhinval. It has been reported IA "Res" by the vice-speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Yuri Dzitstsoity. "The next meeting of the commission on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between our countries is planned to be conducted in South Ossetia in the second half of September this year", - has reported Dzitstsoity. He has noted that the similar meetings have been conducting between the legislative bodies of Russia and South Ossetia since 2009, after concluding the agreement on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between the South-Ossetian Parliament and the Council of Federation of the RF.
