To order of the Central Election Committee a required number of ballots for presidential elections of South Ossetia have been printed in South Ossetia. It has been reported to IA "Res" by the Chairman of the CEC of South Ossetia Bella Plieva. "34 000 ballots have been printed for the population of South Ossetia. This number includes 3%, which we can print. Additional 1000 ballots are printed for Moscow, 700 - for Sukhum, as well as for two polls in the Upper Ruck for the citizens of South Ossetia, living in North Ossetia", - Plieva has said. She recalled that, according to the parliamentary elections in 2009, about 16 thousand citizens of South Ossetia are living in North Ossetia. And when calculating the number of ballots, CEC has come from this figure."We will not have any difficulties. All the remained ballot papers will be destroyed. They should be canceled, in accordance with the current legislation,"- Plieva has underlined.

In the period from 1 to November 9, 2011 employees of the FSS Border Control Agency of Russia in South Ossetia detained seven people for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia: three of them - in Leningor District, 2 – in the settlement Dmenis of Tskhinval district and 2 - in Znaur District.

Delegation of the Russian Federation including the deputies of the Russian Federation State Duma, the Federation Council, the Cossacks, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has arrived in South Ossetia. The delegation is headed by the Chairman of the Committee on the International Affairs of the State Duma, a member of fraction "United Russia" Konstantin Kosachev. The President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity and the Russian guests have visited the headquarters of the candidate for the RSO Presidency Anatoly Bibilov, where the meeting with him and the party "Unity" leadership has taken place.
At the beginning of the meeting Eduard Kokoity has greeted the visitors of the Republic, having expressed his gratitude to the party «United Russia» for its support. «The leading party of South Ossetia «Unity» has made its choice and has supported Anatoly Bibilov as the presidential nominee of the Republic in the forthcoming elections.

Celebration in honour of the young athlete Kharebov Ibragim, who in October of the current year became the freestyle wrestling champion of England, has been held in the village Dzau in Dzausky district of South Ossetia. The head of the local administration Kumaritov Pavel has congratulated the athlete with the victory; he has also handed him a cash bonus and wished him further success in sport. "I arrived in England in May 2011. I was being trained there by the coach Nikolai Korneev. And in October 9 I won the English Freestyle Wrestling championship"- Ibragim Kharebov has told IA "Res". According to him the representatives of the national team of England took notice of the talented athlete at the training camp in North Ossetia.

Athletes from Tskhinval will take part in the upcoming international wrestling tournament in memory of the first president of Russian Children's Sport Federation Chevalier Nusuev. It has been reported to IA "Res" by the coach of the Republican children's youth wrestling school Kochiev Tamerlan.

We live in the nine-storey building in Roza Kochisova Street, on the western suburb of Tskhinval. The building is located directly under the Oak grove, - that is the height from where the Georgian tanks where shooting the town. In the evening of August, 7 the heavy bombardment started, and we were compelled to run downwards as it was very dangerous to stay in our flat on the ninth floor. By that time all our neighbours had already gathered on the ground floor, we were frightened so much, but at the same time we hoped that the fire would stop soon. To our horror the bombardment was becoming stronger, and we had to go down into the cellar. In this damp, cold cellar we spent two days I can`t think about till now without shuddering. Kiddies, among whom there were also babies, were crying uninterruptedly.

In the period from October 28 to October 31, the employees of the Border Control Agency of FSS of Russia in the Republic of South Ossetia arrested seven citizens for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia. As IA "Res" has been informed at the press service of the Border Control Agency of FSS of Russia in South Ossetia, three violators were detained in Leningorskiy - one in Tskhinvalskiy, one – in Dzauskiy - and two in Znaurskiy districts of the Republic. "All of them have violated the border with the household purposes.
