The panel of the Supreme Court judges of South Ossetia has not satisfied the appeal of the ex-Minister of Defence of the RSO Valery Tedeev, a businessman Khokh Gagloity and the chairman of the public organization «Non-departmental Control Committee» Svetlana Kozaeva against the decision of the Central Election Committee of the RSO, according to which, the mentioned citizens were refused of registration as the presidential nominees.
