Bibilov commented on Georgia's plans to join NATO by 2021

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov commented on the statements of the Georgian authorities on joining NATO by 2021.
In an interview with Izvestia, he has stated that the intentions of the official Tbilisi cannot but worry South Ossetia, in connection with which the Republic, together with the Russian Federation, is building a unified contour of security and defense.

Tskhinval reminded Tbilisi of responsibility for mass killings of Ossetians

The adoption of the sanctions "list of Otkhozoriya-Tatunashvili" is a manifestation of cynicism and irresponsibility by official Tbilisi, stated the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry.

South Ossetia again called on Georgia to work together to delineate the border

The South Ossetian side has repeatedly proposed and continues to offer Georgia to begin joint work on delimitation and demarcation of the state border between the two countries, said the Presidential Envoy of South Ossetia for post-conflict settlement, Murat Dzhioev.
"From our point of view, this is an important factor in ensuring security in the border areas, - said Dzhioev. - But since the Georgian side is not going to talk to us about this issue again, we are unilaterally working on the designation of the border line."

South Ossetia stated the need to revise the agenda of the Geneva discussions

The agenda of the Geneva discussions does not fully meet the spirit of the time and the challenges that this format faces, said the Presidential Envoy of South Ossetia for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.
"Therefore, we proposed to consider the agenda on the eve of each round," said Dzhioev. - In particular, we have repeatedly proposed to delete from item 3 of the agenda of discussions the phrase: "and international security measures."
The Envoy has specified that the name of the agenda of the discussions is the non-use of force and international security measures.

Chess players from South Ossetia took second place in the tournament in Teslic

Young chess players from South Ossetia took the second place in the chess competition in the town of Teslic in the Republika Srpska, told the "Res" news agency the president of the RSO Chess Federation Georgy Shavlokhov.
