The Independence Act adopted on May 29, 1992 by the deputies of the first convocation of the Supreme Soviet of our country was an important step on the thorny path of legal registration of the statehood of South Ossetia, proclaiming the creation of an independent state, declaring its territory indivisible, where only the Constitution and laws of the Republic of South Ossetia are in force. Thus, a new state appeared on the world space.

According to the press service of the legislative body of the RSO, at the meeting they discussed issues of strengthening inter-parliamentary relations between the two republics in the interests of the two friendly peoples.

South Ossetian President Anatoly Bibilov has instructed the government to work out steps that will increase the amount of lending to entrepreneurs by at least 10 million rubles annually. The head of state voiced the corresponding instruction during his message to the people and the Parliament.
