The first document signed at the Yalta International Economic Forum was the Agreement on Cooperation between the Crimea and South Ossetia.

The head of the Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, and President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, signed the Agreement on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation for 2019-2022. The document signing ceremony took place on Thursday within the framework of the V Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF).

The Agreement on the establishment of twinning relations between the administration of the city of Tskhinval and the municipal formation of the city district of Kerch was concluded within the framework of the Fifth Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF). The document was signed by the head of the Kerch municipality Nikolay Gusakov and the mayor of Tskhinval Alan Kochiev.

The ceremony was held in the presence of the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov and the President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov.

The tour is planned for August on the eve of the recognition of the independence of South Ossetia by Russia.
