The signing of Memorandum of Cooperation between the Emergency Situation Ministries of Russia and South Ossetia will take place on 29 April in Tskhinval, reported the SO Minister for EmergAnatoly Bibilov.
"This is a step towards an agreement to be signed between our ministries. The Memorandum includes provisions related to training of staff for the SO Emergency Ministry, and those related to material and technical assistance to be provided by the Russian side", said Bibilov.
As reported before, on Wednesday, the Head of the RF Audit Chamber Sergei Stepashin is arriving in South Osseti, as well as the RF Minister for Regional Development Viktor Basargin, Deputy Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Ruslan Tsalikov and other officials.
