During the celebrations of the Republic's Day, the personnel of the RSO Interior Ministry is put on high alert. As reported by Valery Valiev, the Interior Minister of South Ossetia, this measure is not related to any existing danger and should be considered as a routine practice.
"The Interior Ministry is following its routine work and the intensified patrolling is foreseen for all celebrations within which mass gatherings are planned", informed the minister. He explained that the intensified patrolling for MoI staff starts today to be in force until 23 September.
