A sitting of the RSO Government took place in Tskhinval. The sitting was presided by Vadim Brovtsev, the Prime-Minister. Alexander Zhmailo, the Minister for Economic Development, Murat Djioev, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Atsamaz Bichenov, the Minister of Justice, heads of district administrations and other Government officials attended the sitting.
Twelve questions were placed included into the sitting’s agenda, out of which three were left for further elaboration. During the sitting, the Government representatives heard the information from the Chairman of the State Committee of Architecture Dmitry Breusov on the concept of general plan of Tskhinval.
The attendees also discussed the information on the process of elaboration of new land legislation of South Ossetia. According to the Deputy Head of Government Administration Andrey Agapov, a commission was established to include members of the government and Parliament. The commission deals with elaboration of legal norms necessary for distribution of housing.
“We should take into account all categories of citizens who have the right for housing in accordance with agreements on social lease”, said Agapov.
At the sitting, the Chairman of the Government tasked relevant officials with concrete measures to be take in strictly set timeframes.
