On 3 June 2010, a duty detachment of the RF FSB Border Guard Department in South Ossetia detained Nugzar Georgievich Tokadze (1960), a Georgian citizen, resident of Gori district for attempted illegal border-crossing in the Ossetian village of Kitriuli (Tuatikau), Leningor district. Once the fact of illegal border-crossing was confirmed, Tokadze was handed over by the Russian border-guards to the RSO KGB Border-Guard Service for further proceedings.
Due to the fact that Tokadze had no identification documents when he was detained, further work to confirm his personal data and the fact of illegal border-crossing continues for further submission of the materials to the court.
