Eduard Kokoity: South Ossetia and Abkhazia Have Experienced the Concept of Western "Democracy"

Александр Хлопонин, Арсен Каноков, Эдуард КокойтыThe President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has congratulated the President of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov on the official inauguration of President for his second term.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Eduard Kokoity said that the approved nomination of Kanokov by the Parliament indicated trust towards him.

"This is your credit indeed. We see the stability, the Republic develops. Your active engagement while in office, your personal involvement contributed to strengthening peace and stability in the Caucasus ", said Kokoity.
Speaking about relations between the peoples of the Caucasus, Kokoity said that no matter what status South Ossetia and Abkhazia had, the Caucasian peoples would always be fraternal.
"There is no status that would divide us. We were, are and will always be together. And have to jointly solve very difficult tasks. Our generation of leaders face serious difficulties in maintaining stability ", he said.
The President stressed that the Caucasian traditions, the friendship between the peoples was above democracy imposed by the West.
"South Ossetia and Abkhazia have experienced this concept of democracy. Russia saved our people, and proved once again: the stronger the position of Russia in the Caucasus, the stronger the Caucasus ", concluded the president.
