The Parliament of South Ossetia approved at today's session the candidacy of Atsamaz Bichenov, former Minister of Justice, as the Chairman of the Supreme Court. This nomination was made by the Chairman of the committee on legislation, law and local governance Amiran Dyakonov.
According to Dyakonov, while working in the various positions, Bichenov has proved to be a good worker.
"He is one of the leading specialists in South Ossetia in the field of law", stressed Dyakonov.
In his turn, Atsamaz Bichenov said that his first priority would be the problem of skilled personnel.
"The structural and systemic changes can be done, but it requires skilled experts. The main focus will be on young people "- said Beechen.
He stressed that the invited experts would be addressed in the last instance.
MPs unanimously voted for Bichenov as the Chairman of the Supreme Court.
