On Monday the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of South Ossetia Bella Plieva has announced the official preliminary results of voting in the presidential elections of South Ossetia and the referendum about the status of the Russian language held on Sunday, November, 13.The head of the Central Election Committee has underlined that the work was not stopping all night long. The presence of voters at the elections has made up 67, 05 %. At present the Central Election Committee has processed 98, 84 % of ballots. «The first round of the presidential election has not revealed the winner. No any candidate has collected 50 % votes», - has underlined the Chairman of the Central Election Committee.
The votes were distributed as follows:
Anatoly Bibilov (the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations) - 25, 44 %;
Alla Dzhioeva (ex-Minister of Education of the RSO,) - 25, 37 %;
Vadim Tskhovrebov (the director of the bakery products enterprise in Tskhinval) - 9, 88 %;
Dmitry Tasoev (the leader of the party "Social democrat", unregistered in the RSO) - 9, 1 %;
Alan Kotaev (Deputy Mayor of Tskhinval) - 9, 62 %;
Georgy Kabisov (the Chairman of the State Committee of Information and Mass Communications of the RSO) - 7, 53 %;
Vladimir Kelekhsaev (the deputy of the RSO parliament of the IVth convocation) - 6,\36 %;
Sergey Bitiev (the chief bailiff of the Republic) - 3, 33 %;
Soslan Tedety (commanding officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) - 1, 14 % ;
Dzhemal Dzhigkaev (ex-Minister of Health) - 0, 95 %;

Thus, according to the results of the Central Election Committee of the RSO Anatoly Bibilov and Alla Dzhioeva will contest in the second ballot. It should be reminded that the second ballot must be held not later than in 15 days from the date of announcement of results of the first ballot «The second round is scheduled for November, 27», - Bella Plieva has noted.
