Russian Presidential Aide for cooperation with South Ossetia and Abkhazia Vladislav Surkov has arrived in South Ossetia on a three-day working visit. Today Russian official and President Leonid Tibilov visited several facilities under construction, as well as those under restoration in Tskhinval, in Dzau and Znaur districts. In the village of Dzau they have seen the construction of the district hospital and the administration building.
In Tskhinval Vladislav Surkov and Leonid Tibilov, accompanied by members of the Government of the Republic visited the micro-district "Northern," examined the nine-storey house under the threat of collapse on Moscow street, the concert hall "Chermen" and others.
Minister of Construction Edward Dzagoev has explained that at the beginning in the reconstruction of the cinema and concert hall was engaged "Spetsstroy of Russia," which executed the 50 million rubles works.
"Then the restoration was continued by the construction company "Promikstroy," which executed the four million rubles works and purchased the 22 million rubles equipment for the concert hall," - said Dzagoev. Currently the construction documents for completion of the reconstruction are at the stage of preparation; by estimate this will require 58 million rubles.
Surkov also inspected the Tskhinval garment factory BTK- 4. According to the director Leo Kozaev, currently the factory employs 125 people, adding that jobs should be created about 220.
"Then we can think about opening the factory branches in the districts," - said Kozaev.
Vladislav Surkov and Leonid Tibilov have seen the production of the factory and talked to the workers.
The Russian official has noted that since 2015 "will start the financing of new factories and plants."
The officials also visited Znaur district, where they met with the leadership of the district administration and inspected a number of facilities.
Vladislav Surkov inquired about other enterprises functioning in the district, what do the residents do for a living? According to the district head Vitaly Pliev, the population is mainly employed in the budgetary organizations and private farms.
"Social sphere, of course, is very important. But we need production facilities. People should be employed, "- said Surkov.
Today in Tskhinval was also held a closed meeting of Vladislav Surkov with the deputies of the Parliament of South Ossetia.
