During the meeting of the participants of Mechanisms to prevent and respond to incidents (MPRI) South Ossetian side has expressed concern over the provocative actions of the Georgian side, violating the regime of the state border of the Republic, said the RSO Deputy Presidential Envoy for post- settlement Khokh Gagloyty, commenting on the results of the meeting in the format of MPRI, held yesterday in the border village of Ergneti.

"We have informed the participants that we are concerned about the position that we have been watching over the last six months, when Georgia has demonstratively violated the state border between South Ossetia and Georgia - said Gagloyty. - We have stated that we consider it expedient proper assessment of this trend by the EU Monitoring Mission, and called on the Georgian side to take the necessary steps to exclude this trend completely. "
Gagloyty has also reminded that the South Ossetian authorities have repeatedly showed humane approach to the release of certain categories of Georgian citizens detained for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia.
"Such approaches are not observed in respect of the prisoners - citizens of South Ossetia who are in the prisons of Georgia, - said Gagloyty . - Recently, the relatives of four citizens of South Ossetia – Valiev, Kochiev, Zasseev and Turashvili, who are kept in Georgian prisons, were inspired, that they should do everything possible to release from prison a certain Dzherapov serving a sentence in South Ossetia, as if this might have a negative effect on their relatives kept in Georgian prisons, meaning the amnesty. As a result, when Dzherapov was released, the same persons said: "Sorry, it did not happen."
