On May 19, 2017, within the framework of the V Vladimir Interregional Economic Forum "Golden Ring of Russia - 50. Entrepreneurship and Tourism: Investing in the Future," it was signed an Action Plan to Implement the Agreement on Trade-Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Administration of the Vladimir region of the Russian Federation for 2017-201.
According to the press Secretary of the head of state Dina Gassieva, "on the South Ossetian part the Action Plan for implementation of the Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation was signed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Ossetia to Russia Znaur Gassiev, on the Russian part – by the Governor of the Vladimir Region Svetlana Orlova,"
Dina Gassieva has added that the document was signed in the presence of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov.
