President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov met with President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Crimea Artem Maltsev.
The head of state has stressed that the processes that take place between South Ossetia and the Russian Federation and, in particular, the Republic of Crimea, give confidence that the interaction of these countries is reaching a higher level.
"The agreement that has been signed today between the chambers of commerce and industry of the two republics confirms this fact," - the president said.
Bibilov has expressed confidence that the cooperation between the two CCIs will be fruitful.
Artem Maltsev has noted that the economy of South Ossetia has prospects.
"The economy of the state, which you have taken in your strong hands, is promising. Those areas that are highlighted by you - agriculture and tourism, I think, they are particularly promising. With Alan Yurevich, we have outlined measures, there are ideas of replenishing the budget of South Ossetia and the Crimea," - he said.
Maltsev has added that henceforth the chambers of commerce and industry will be a bridge in the business of the Crimea and South Ossetia.
