Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia, Dmitry Medoev, on t the invitation of the deputy of the regional Parliament of Berlin, Gunnar Lindermann, arrived in Germany. According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia, in Berlin Dmitry Medoev took part in the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The main celebrations took place on Bernauer Strasse, where one of the fragments of the wall still stands.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, during his stay in Germany, Foreign Minister of the Republic will hold a series of meetings with representatives of political and business circles of Berlin.
Within the framework of the visit to a number of Western European countries, the events are also planned with the participation of representatives of the Ossetian diasporas and clubs of friends of South Ossetia.
