"The number of voters who took part in the voting amounted to 29,057 people, which is 73.97 percent of the total number of voters included in the lists at the end of voting," the final protocol reads.

According to the CEC, Garry Muldarov scored - 9.33% - 2 thousand 592, Alexander Pliev - 12.37% - 3 thousand 434, Dmitry Tasoev 2.96% - 822, 1.84% - 510 people voted against all .

The final protocol will be published in the media.

The Republic will hold the second round of presidential elections, as none of the candidates won the 50% plus one vote necessary to win in the first round. The icumbent head of state Anatoly Bibilov and the leader of the Nykhas party Alan Gagloev advanced to the second round, appointed by the CEC for April 28.

The winner in the second round is determined by a simple majority of votes. To recognize the second round of elections successful, more than 30% of the voters included in the electoral lists must take part in the voting. The ballot papers provide the opportunity to vote against all candidates.
