In St. Petersburg, on the sidelines of the 26th International Economic Forum, negotiations were held between the delegations of South Ossetia and the Republic of Crimea.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of South Ossetia, the parties also signed a Plan for the implementation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea and the government of South Ossetia on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation for 2023-2025.
The plan was signed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development of South Ossetia Dzambolat Tadtaev and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea to President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov.
The plan involves joint activities in such areas as investment and foreign economic activity, entrepreneurship, industry, tourism, culture, education, science, youth policy, health care, physical culture and sports, public relations, and is aimed at developing comprehensive cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and Republic of Crimea.
The cooperation agreement between South Ossetia and the Republic of Crimea was signed on April 18, 2019 in Yalta.
