In South Ossetia, the national minute of silence on Tuesday, at 13.00, honored the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Ossetian people.
In Tskhinval, cars and public transport stopped for a minute, state flags on administrative buildings were visited.
The whole Republic is remembering on Tuesday the victims of the tragic events for the Ossetian people at the beginning of the 20th century.
Exactly 103 years ago, on June 20, Georgian fascists walked with fire and sword throughout South Ossetia. More than five thousand people became victims of the atrocities of non -humans, including children, women and old people. Among them were 13 Kommunar, to the place of the burial of which the inhabitants of the Republic laid flowers.
