South Ossetia is recognized by the Russian Federation and a number of other countries as the independent state and everyone should take this into account, said President of the Republic Alan Gagloev.
“We respect the Armenian people, with whom we have centuries-old friendly relations, but we are not interested in the opinion of the Prime Minister of Armenia (Nikol Pashinyan), who left Nagorno-Karabakh in a difficult situation. He betrayed his own people, mostly Armenians by nationality, who were expecting help from Armenia. Pashinyan did not find the courage to recognize Artsakh’s independence,” President Alan Gagloev said in the statement to the media.
He has emphasized that the Republic is not interested in the opinions of such politicians.
