The evening of the Ossetian and the Adyghe folk music will be held in the art space “South Portal” in Tskhinval. According to the organizers of the concert, Ossetia will be represented by the already beloved group “Uatsamongӕ”.
The guest on the Ossetian soil will be Bashir Khatsuk, a performer of Adyghe (Circassian) post-traditional music from Nalchik.
“Bashir Hatsuk is a former member of the Hagauj and JRPJEJ groups, now performing mainly solo or as part of the Yewari project, one of the most prominent representatives of the West Caucasian folk revival,” the agency’s interlocutor has noted.
The musical evening will take place on Saturday, December 16th, admission is free.
