A commemorative banknote of the National Bank of South Ossetia in the denomination of 100 zarin will be presented at the International Numismatic Exhibition in Beijing.
According to the official dealer Alexey Zemlyakov, the exhibition will run from October 31 to November 2.
"The national banknote of South Ossetia will be presented in a large format at the stand and will be part of the design among other banknotes. In addition, the exhibition visitors will be given promotional flyers with the image and description of the banknote. We are actively promoting the Ossetian national currency in the market," Zemlyakov said.
The commemorative 100 zarin banknote provides collectors with the information about the country's history and culture.
On one side of the banknote is a depiction of the Persian leopard, the historical emblem of Ossetia. On the reverse is the image of Kosta Levanovich Khetagurov, the founder of the Ossetian literary language.
