Today several bilateral agreements between South Ossetia and the Russian Federation have been signed in Tskhinval. The Agreement of establishment and conditions of the activity of the informational -cultural centers has been signed between the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF and the RSO Sergey Lavrov and Murat Dzhioev.

The Georgian leadership must confirm the obligations of not applying force against South Ossetia and Abkhazia. This has been declared by the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF Sergey Lavrov at the meeting with the leadership of the RSO in Tskhinval. We shall in the same way help to adjust the socio-economic life of people, who have deserved peace, tranquility and prosperity", - has said Lavrov. In turn, Eduard Kokoity has noted that having acknowledged the independence of South Ossetia, Russia has done all to rescue the ossetian people.
