Today the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev has accepted the Head of the Tskhinval office of the Mission of OSCE Bozhidar Dmitrov. As the correspondent of the News Agency «Res» has been informed by Murat Dzhioev, in the course of the conversation has been touched the question of supply with electric power the villages of the gorge Malaya Liakhva in the direction of the village of Dmenis.

In the address of the command of JPKF has arrived a letter from the co-chairman of JCC from the georgian side D. Mandzhavidze from October, 9th, 2007 for № 4-9/687, in which deep concern is expressed by the fact, that ostensibly the command of the Joint Staff of JPKF on the offer of the georgian side to hold a monitoring in the presence of the withdrawn antiaircraft emplacement «ZU-23-2» at the south-ossetian side on May, 8th 2007, has refrained from carrying out a monitoring.

In the course of holding the repeated monitoring on October, 8th, 2007 in the area of the observant post «Spider» on the road of the settlement of Eredvi - the settlement of Achabeti by the observers from the three parties with the representatives of the Mission of OSCE it has been recorded, that the illegal post of police continues its activity in an immediate vicinity from the peace-making post «Spider». The employees of the police have not again admitted the group of monitoring to exam the place of engineering works, thus they have broken article 4 of the Provision about military contingents and the groups of military observers.
