President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev sent a telegram of condolences to the head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, in connection with the death of the Prosecutor General of the Luhansk People's Republic and his Deputy, as a result of the explosion, the presidential press service reports.
