Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia are taking part in the VII Global Forum of Young Diplomats “Diplomacy in the Era of a Multipolar World”, which is taking place as part of the World Youth Festival on the federal territory “Sirius”.

According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia, the event has included working sessions on a range of issues on the global agenda and meetings with the leadership of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The curator of youth policy of the Presidential Executive Office of South Ossetia, Andrey Ottaev, presented a report at the Sirius University as part of the discussion “Civil Servants of the New Wave” under the GosStart program.
According to the website of the Presidential Executive Office , the topic of Ottaev’s speech was “Formation of a new managerial elite in South Ossetia: modern approaches based on national specifics.”

The delegation of South Ossetia, led by Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic Alan Tibilov, is taking part in the World Youth Festival, which has started today in the Krasnodar Territory on the Federal Territory of Sirius.

Courage, professionalism and dedication of the special police detachment (OMSN) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia invariably serve as a shining example for the younger generation, Presibent of South Ossetia Ala n Gagloev noted during the ceremonial formation of the OMSN personnel in honor of the 21st anniversary of the formation of the detachment.

On Thursday, a memorial stand dedicated to the students of the educational institution who perished during the special military operation was opened at the Tskhinval secondary school No 5.

The event was attended by Minister of Education and Science Aslan Lolaev, the 2nd Secretary of the Russian Embassy in the Republic of South Ossetia Jan Schwartz, members of Parliament, representatives of the Defense Ministry, relatives and friends of the victims, members of the special military operation, etc.

A delegation from South Ossetia of 130 people went on Thursday to the World Youth Festival, which will be held in Sochi.
Head of State Alan Gagloev addressed the young people with parting words, wishing them a happy journey.

The President has expressed confidence that representatives of South Ossetia will represent their republic at the largest festival with honor and dignity.
