Last week the annual meeting of OSCE on human scale has been held in Warsaw. The expert of the Society «Saendidzaen» David Sanakoev has addressed the meeting on a freedom of movement at the Georgian-South Ossetian border. In 2008 South Ossetia underwent aggression of Georgia. At present there are no any interstate agreements between Georgia and the RSO, regulating crossing of people and cargoes through the border.

For today (October,1) 27 initiative groups and two political parties nominating the candidates for the Presidency of the RSO on November, 13, have addressed to the Central Election Committee of South OssetiaThe Central Election Committee has registered two candidates for the Presidency: Alan Kochiev - a trainer of the weightlifting juvenile sports school, Vladimir Kelekhsaev -the deputy of the Parliament of the RSO of the III-d and the IV-th convocations and Vadim Tskhovrebov (director of the South Ossetian enterprise of bakery products).

On invitation of the international non-governmental organization «International Alert» 16 teachers from South Ossetia have received trainings in Italy. It has been informed IA RES at the press-service of the Ministry of Education. They have noted, that since war in August, 2008 «International Alert» has realized several projects in South Ossetia.

The Central Election Committee of South Ossetia has held a session on registration Dzhambolat Tedeev (the head coach of the Russian free-style wrestling national team) as the candidate for the Presidency of the RSO. Tedeev with his two representatives, and also representatives of mass-media has been invited to the session. According to the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of the RSO Bella Plieva, it has been made a decision to hold a secret ballot in connection with the incident, taken place at the government building.

The government of South Ossetia has made a decision to prolong the term of stay of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) representation in the Republic. This relevant resolution has been adopted at the today's session of the government, conducted by the Prime Minister Vadim Brovtsev. The question was brought up for discussion by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the RSO Murat Dzhioev.According to the adopted resolution, the term of stay of ICRC in South Ossetia is prolonged till October, 1, 2012.

The Central Election Committee of South Ossetia has refused registration to the initiative groups, nominating Vasily Bestaev (a member of the Advocatory chamber of the RSO-Alania) and Lev Gagiev (a surgeon of the Republican somatic hospital) for presidential election.

The Central Election Committee has registered the third candidate for presidents of South Ossetia at the forthcoming elections on November, 13.«Today the Central Election Committee has issued the third certificate of presidential candidate to Tskhovrebov Vadim Shotaevich - director of the Tskhinval plant of bakery products.

The native of South Ossetia Soslan Tedeev has become a silver prize-winner of the international tournament on boxing among the youth, which came to the end on September, 2, 2011 in Magnitogorsk. It has been reported to IA RES by the instructor of the sportsman Vitaly Slanov.«On a way to the final duel Tedeev had three fights. During the first and second preliminary fights he has gained absolute victory over two other Russian boxers, - Slanov has said. - And in the third duel on a way to the finish, Tedeev in the first round has knocked down his rival from Kazakhstan two times and has been announced the winner in advance, taking into account his evident advantage».

The employees of the State Committee of Information and Mass communications of the RSO, the State Unitary Enterprise "Power resource" and the State Unitary Enterprise "Consumer services" have entered into the Ossetian people's front"Russia-Ossetia".

Today the Central Election Committee of South Ossetia has accepted a package of documents for registration the initiative group, nominating Gabaraev Eduard Inalovich (commander of artillery of the Ministry of Defence of the RSO) for presidential election in South Ossetia. As the Central Election Committee of the RSO has informed the IA RES, the documents are at the examination stage and in five days the answer will be given.
