South Ossetia has high hopes for the agreement on trade-economic, scientific- technical and cultural cooperation with Karachai- Cherkessia and North Ossetia, stated the President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov after the signing ceremony with the heads of the KCR and North Ossetia-Alania, held in Tskhinval.

Presidents of South Ossetia and Karachai- Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov and Leonid Tibilov have signed an agreement on trade-economic, scientific- technical and cultural cooperation.
