The Forestry Committee of the Republic of South Ossetia started forest-planting works.
The Correspondent of agency “Res” was informed by the Chairman of the Committee Roland Kelekhsaev.
The staff members of the Forestry Committee together with the employees of the Environmental Inspection carried out planting of local plants – lime-tree, black pine-tree and other trees.
The total area, which will be planted initially is about 20 hectares.
