The Juridical administration of the district is not in authority to dispose of it, and this fact creates definite difficulties. For the comprehensive resolution of problems of the entire mountainous region, Taimuraz Chochiev suggested to establish commission including local citizens and Kvaisa administration representatives»-informed Zarina Sanakoeva.
