On 20 May in Ossetia will commemorate a nation-wide mourning day of the victims of Georgian aggression

Today, on 19 May RSO Government held a meeting devoted to conducting of measures on nation-wide mourning day. The sitting was held by the President State adviser Zhanna Zasseeva.
«20 May 11:11 – Nation-wide silence minute. Ceremonial measures will start at 10:00 with placing of flowers and candles at the memorial of Georgian aggression in the school № 5 yard. Then after mothers and relatives of the decedents together with the Government and Parliament representatives, representatives of public and youth organizations will set off to Zar village to hold a mourning meeting at the innocent victims monument»-said Zhanna Zasseeva.
«At 18:00 mourning measures will be followed by the meeting in the memory of Georgian aggression victims at the Church Square near the Sorrow Angel Stella»-noted Zasseeva.
In the Temple of the Blessed Virgin will be held public prayer in the memory of Georgian fascists’ innocent victims.
Back to 20 May 1992 in South Ossetia happened the tragedy shocked all the people in the world by its savageness. Beasts in the human guise shot down from the ambush innocent women, children and old men escaping from the terror of Georgian vandalism. 36 were killed and 12 were wounded. This clearly showed the Georgian hatred to Ossetian people.
Georgian authorities have not undertaken any steps to investigate this outrage and punish the felons yet.
