South Ossetia has high hopes for the agreement on trade-economic, scientific- technical and cultural cooperation with Karachai- Cherkessia and North Ossetia, stated the President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov after the signing ceremony with the heads of the KCR and North Ossetia-Alania, held in Tskhinval.
"The Agreement will promote further rapprochement of our republics, as well as new ways for joint business.This will contribute to improving the living standards of our people, "- said the president.
According to the head of North Ossetia Taimuraz Mamsurov, the process of cooperation with South Ossetia has never been interrupted.
"But for us today it is very important, that thanks to the efforts of the Russian leadership, and the personal efforts of Khloponin and his team, we have witnessed and participated in the formation of the young state - the Republic of South Ossetia. Naturally, this requires new approaches, corrections of what we've done before, "- has noted Mamsurov, adding that in North Ossetia is paid special attention to all that is being done for the prosperity and strengthening the economic foundations of South Ossetia.
"For my part, I can assure you that together with my colleagues in the Parliament, government , local government, we will do everything to support the agreement with concrete actions", - assured the head of North Ossetia.
In turn, the head of Karachai -Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov has noted that in preparation of the agreements the governments of South Ossetia and KCR have done a great and laborious work , " which is to be filled with concrete deeds."
"I am convinced that we have a lot to cooperate in all spheres of life. Under the agreement, we will be developing relations between our republics,"- said Temrezov.
