As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the statehood of Karachay-Cherkessia, President of the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev arrived in the republic on an official visit. During the bilateral meeting of the Head of the KChR Rashid Temrezov and the President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev, issues of interaction between the two Republics in the trade, economic, scientific and cultural spheres were discussed, according to the website of the head of the KChR.
“Today, all favorable conditions have been created between our two republics for the development of interaction in various fields of activity.
I thanked the President of the Republic of South Ossetia for the attention to our republic and its inhabitants on this significant day for all of us. The two Republics are connected by a common history of the formation and development of our peoples.
I am convinced that our further close cooperation will allow both South Ossetia and Karachay-Cherkessia to jointly dynamically improve the socio-economic situation in our regions and improve the living standards of citizens,” the head of Karachay-Cherkessia emphasized in his official telegram channel.
It should be noted that the cooperation between Karachay-Cherkessia and South Ossetia serves to create favorable conditions for the development of interaction in various fields of activity between executive authorities, local governments, contributing to the improvement of the regional economy. The early agreements concluded between the Republics presuppose cooperation not only in the trade, economic, scientific and cultural spheres, but also allow organizing the constant interaction of various departments and public associations.
Representatives of the government of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, as well as representatives of the business and cultural community, actively participate in conferences and festivals held in South Ossetia.
So, in the field of entrepreneurship development, within the framework of the planned field business missions, the My Business Center of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, together with representatives of the business community, are planning activities aimed at developing mutually beneficial cooperation between entrepreneurs of the republics.
In order to develop bilateral trade and economic relations between the republics, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic is actively cooperating with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of South Ossetia on a mutually beneficial exchange of information about manufacturers and buyers.
It is also planned to sign a bilateral agreement between the chambers of commerce of our Republics, which will improve the conditions for the implementation of successful and mutually beneficial cooperation in the economic and trade spheres.
