"Visitors are delighted with the works of the Ossetian artists": Radion Pukhaev about the exhibition in Brussels
In Brussels, in the "Russian House" the anniversary of the «Days of Ossetian culture in Europe» is being held. Radion Pukhaev, the head of the Renaissance-Sandidzan international association, told IA "Res" that the events opened last Wednesday with the premiere of Temina Tuaeva's film "1100 Years of Traditions and Identity", dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of Alanian Orthodoxy.
"The exhibition of Ossetian artists "Inspiration" has also opened. It presents the works by artists of different generations, including: Magrez Kelekhsaev, Boris Gabaraev, Vadim Pukhaev, Akhsar Yessenov, Vadim Kadzhaev, Natalia Abaeva, Vladimir Aylarov, Arkady Kumaritov, Akhsarbek Ahpolov, Sofya Kodoeva and Marat Kesaev.
Visitors really like the paintings, people are simply delighted. The exhibition will end on October 13, and on this day we decided to hold a vernissage. We agreed to connect some artists via video link, as visitors are very impressed with their creations. I think it will be interesting," he said.
Earlier, the anniversary events “10 years of the Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe” began with the opening of a grandiose exhibition of the Ossetian artists “Inspiration”, which was held from June 29 to August 5, 2022 at the Van Gogh Museum in the Netherlands. The exhibition turned out to be unprecedented in terms of quality and scale. More than 100 works by 23 Ossetian artists were presented.
