A rehabilitation center for participants in the special military operation must be opened in South Ossetia, Health Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Thomas Dzhigkaev has noted.
“We don’t just need a rehabilitation center, it is necessary given how many people are in the special military operation zone from our small Republic – almost 10%. When we win, and I have no doubt about it, these people will come to their homeland, and we must be ready to provide assistance to them,” the Health Minister has emphasized.
According to Dzhigkaev, a rehabilitation center is a huge job, and the leadership of South Ossetia understands this.
“Mikhail Albertovich Murashko promised to help with specialists. We have our own specialists, but it’s hard to even imagine how big work this is,” the head of the South Ossetian Health Ministry has noted.
Thomas Dzhigkaev has added that the lack of proper rehabilitation can lead to murders and suicides, as it was in the 90s.
