November, 14 Ambassador of the Republic of Abkhazia M. Akhba and Ambassador of the Republic of South Ossetia D.N. Medoev have been received at the CIS countries Fourth department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. During the previous contacts the ambassadors of the neighboring friendly states were informed on the end of negotiations between Russia and Georgia on the WTO issue; they were also acquainted with the main contents of the Russian-Georgian agreement on customs administration and monitoring of goods trade, signed in Geneva on October, 9, 2011.

Employees of the South Ossetian Republican Library named after Anakharsis will participate in the International Conference of the cultural sphere young professionals- «The initiative of the young" which will be held in Moscow from 23 to 25 November. It has been reported IA "Res" by the director of the Republican Library Valeria Kokoeva."The influence of the city cultural space on the development and formation of personality, what is cultural space of the city as a whole, formation of cultural needs and values of youth in a city will be discussed at the conference. The present and the future of the cultural institutions through eyes of the young professionals and users will also be discussed there,"- said Kokoeva.She has noted that the conference is supported by the Government and the Department of Culture of Moscow.

The changing political and military realities of the South Caucasus make it unlikely that implementation of the revanchist plans of the Georgian leadership and the military re-aggression of Georgia against South Ossetia. It has been declared by the South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity in his interview with the North Ossetian state company on television and radio "Alania".

Delegation of the Russian Federation including the deputies of the Russian Federation State Duma, the Federation Council, the Cossacks, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has arrived in South Ossetia. The delegation is headed by the Chairman of the Committee on the International Affairs of the State Duma, a member of fraction "United Russia" Konstantin Kosachev. The President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity and the Russian guests have visited the headquarters of the candidate for the RSO Presidency Anatoly Bibilov, where the meeting with him and the party "Unity" leadership has taken place.
At the beginning of the meeting Eduard Kokoity has greeted the visitors of the Republic, having expressed his gratitude to the party «United Russia» for its support. «The leading party of South Ossetia «Unity» has made its choice and has supported Anatoly Bibilov as the presidential nominee of the Republic in the forthcoming elections.

Celebration in honour of the young athlete Kharebov Ibragim, who in October of the current year became the freestyle wrestling champion of England, has been held in the village Dzau in Dzausky district of South Ossetia. The head of the local administration Kumaritov Pavel has congratulated the athlete with the victory; he has also handed him a cash bonus and wished him further success in sport. "I arrived in England in May 2011. I was being trained there by the coach Nikolai Korneev. And in October 9 I won the English Freestyle Wrestling championship"- Ibragim Kharebov has told IA "Res". According to him the representatives of the national team of England took notice of the talented athlete at the training camp in North Ossetia.

In the period from October 28 to October 31, the employees of the Border Control Agency of FSS of Russia in the Republic of South Ossetia arrested seven citizens for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia. As IA "Res" has been informed at the press service of the Border Control Agency of FSS of Russia in South Ossetia, three violators were detained in Leningorskiy - one in Tskhinvalskiy, one – in Dzauskiy - and two in Znaurskiy districts of the Republic. "All of them have violated the border with the household purposes.

All polling stations in Tskhinval will be ready for presidential elections by early November. It has been reported to IA "Res" by the head of the city administration Gerasim Khugaev.

Presidential candidates of South Ossetia have appealed to the CEC Chairman Bella Plieva with the request to open polling stations in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania on the polling day of the presidential election on November 13.

In the near future the Ministry of Capital, Road Construction and Architecture of the RSO will start beautification of the streets in Tskhinval. As the head of the Ministry of Construction Chermen Khugaev has informed the news agency "RES", all the houses in one of the central streets - the Heroes Street – have been already connected to the basic communications and in the near future the workers will start the sidewalk flagging. «All the sidewalks will be flagged, and the traffic area will be covered with asphalt. In the Heroes Street the road menders will start construction of the storm sewage, and the next week they will move to the roadbed. Then it is planned to start repair works of the parallel street», - Khugaev has informed.

The film festival for teenagers and youth, which traditionally has been taking place in Moscow, will be held in Tskhinval this year. As informed by the press-service of the president and the government of the RSO to the news agency "RES", today the President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has conducted the working meeting concerning the film festival organization. The head of the state has called the responsible authorities to assume all the measures this festival to be arranged at the highest level.
