On June, 22 the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, through the administration of the Official representative of the Frontier service of KGB in the RSO, has addressed to the authorities of South Ossetia with the request for detention of citizens of Georgia Dandurishvili Valerijan Zurabovich, 1986 d.b. Ninoshvili Alexander Sergoevich, 1985 d.b. and Parkadze Anzor Gogiaevich, 1984 d.b. It has been declared the News agency "Res" at the press-service of KGB in South Ossetia. «According to the Georgian policemen, the abovementioned persons have made grave crimes in Georgia and have hidden on the territory of the Republic of South Ossetia - have been specified at the press-service.

The analysis of the recent years` events allows telling that the world has been learning more truth about the Georgian aggression of August, 2008 against South Ossetia Everybody knows well the main conclusion of the Report of the European Union independent commission, established after the August war and led by the Swiss diplomat Heidi Taliavini that Georgia has launched the war. Among the recent publications it would be remarkable the interview of the ambassador of France in Georgia Eric Furnje to the Georgian magazine "Tbilisebi" where he has made Georgia: responsible for the war launching: «you cannot rewrite history and search for responsibility in some other place, instead of its real location». What is much more important thing, that first for a long time the high rank European politician has mentioned a subject of genocide of the Ossetian people on the part of the Menshevist Georgia in the twenties of the last century.

The Deputy Editor-in-chief of the South-Ossetian political newspaper "South Ossetia" Merab Zasseev will take part in the V International forum of Mass-media «Interaction in the general interests» which will take place in Maykop on June, 23-25. The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has presented his condolences to the family and friends of the national poet, a dean of the faculty of philology of the North- Ossetian State University Shamil Dzhigkaev in connection with his tragic death. "Shamil Fedorovich Dzhigkaev was exclusively hard-working, intelligent, well-wishing and cheerful man, highly cultured and honest, » - is emphasized in the telegram.

The investigating department of the KGB of South Ossetia has instituted the criminal proceedings on the fact of assaulting upon the border guard detachment under the article 317 of the Law (encroachment upon life of the employee of the law-enforcement body) and under the article 322 (illegal crossing of the State border). On 18 May, near the village Lopan in Znaurskiy region the border guard detachment of the Border service of KGB in South Ossetia was fired in the course of patrolling the boundary of South Ossetia.

Four violators of the boundary of the Republic of South Ossetia, detained by the South-Ossetian frontier-guards on 18 May, today have been handed over to the representatives of the European Union and Georgia after the meeting within the framework of the Mechanisms on prevention the incidents on the state border. From the 17 May 2011 the process of issuing passports will start in South Ossetia. It has been declared by the President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity in the course of the meeting with the representatives of the law-enforcement bodies of the RSO. Having heard the information of the relevant structures about their readiness to start issuing passports to the population of the Republic, the Head of the state has entrusted to the government, the preparation of all the normative- legal acts and begin issuing passports of the citizens of the Republic of South Ossetia with the graduates .of schools since 17 May 2011. As reported by the Head of the state, the passports will be issuing in strict accordance to the Law and the Constitution of the RSO. "And they will be granted only on the territory of South Ossetia", - has declared the president, having noted that the passports earlier issued will be exempted. "The category of our people, who cannot give the documents of confirmation of the citizenship (specified in the list of necessary documents for receiving the passport of a citizen of the RSO) and having the passport of the citizen of the RSO, will undergo separate procedure", - has emphasized Eduard Kokoity.
