The last days the representatives of the official authorities of Georgia, including the president M. Saakashvili in his interview to the radio station « The Echo of Moscow », repeatedly declared, that Georgia was ready to negotiations with Abkhazia and South Ossetia without preliminary conditions. At the same time the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia has declared, that « henceforth Georgia would participate only in those negotiating processes, the final declarative purpose of which would be the restoration of the territorial integrity of Georgia ». The correspondent of the agency \" Res \" has asked the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Republic Murat Dzhioev to comment these statements, and also to answer a number of other questions.

In connection with the tonight`s incident on the southern outskirts of the capital of South Ossetia Republic, Tskhinval, the decision on location of a temporary post since February, 1st, 2007 from 18.00 pm. in the structure of one branch from the Russian peace-making battalion and the observers from the three parties is accepted by the command of the Joint Forces on Peacekeeping in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it by the assistant of the commander of the Joint Forces on Peacekeeping in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict on work with the mass-media the captain Vladimir Ivanov.

«Unfortunately, Georgia does not cease the provocative actions directed on destabilization of the situation in South Ossetia. The shellings of the settlements of the republic have become regular; the military provocations directed on the representatives of the law-enforcement structures have recently become frequent. The occurring events cause deep concern in Abkhazia. We not times have paid attention of the international community to the facts of terror and the regular attempts, undertaken by Georgia, on destabilization of the situation both in South Ossetia, and in Abkhazia », is spoken in the communique of the president of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh.

The last night the Georgian militarized special divisions have made an attempt to enter Tskhinval. The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it at the press-service of the Ministry of Defence of South Ossetia Republic.
