“Currently, there are 39 patients in the infectious diseases building, 37 in the building of the children's hospital. Three of them are in the intensive care unit,” the doctor said.

In South Ossetia, over the past day, 67 coronavirus tests were conducted, of which six showed a positive result, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy Head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee,. told IA "RES " on Tuesday.

"Since September of this year, 2,157 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the Republic. 35 citizens have been removed from the medical register in a day; in total, 1,287 people have been removed from the register for the entire period," Gagloeva said.

She has noted that 12609 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the PCR laboratory for the entire period.
