On October 15-16, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia in the Benelux countries Radion Pukhaev took part in the XV regional conference of organizations of Russian compatriots from the European countries, which was held at the platform of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Istanbul, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia reports.

South Ossetia is not indifferent to what is happening in the Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, and we show this by our participation in the special military operation,” MP David Sanakoev said in a commentary to the “Res” news agency.

“Our volunteers went to the Donbass back in 2014, and since then they have been participating in this fight on the side of the defenders of Donbass. In addition, our state was the first to recognize the independence of the DPR and the LPR. We show our solidarity with these republics in every possible way,” Sanakoev said.

The capital of South Ossetia will "become related" with several cities of Russia and Abkhazia, the mayor of Tskhinval Geno Kadzhaev told IA“Res”.

According to the mayor, cooperation agreements will be signed in the near future.
